More or less in order or priority
******************************Bugs****************************************

** Import files
 - when importing IML annotation files, color info for
   outlines/pins/strings and position info for labels is not imported.

** quiz mode
 - If you're in a quiz and click on one of the banner links, you stay
   in quiz mode.  If you make your way to a collection, it will revert
   to atlas mode.  But if you make your way directly to another image
   (e.g. through a search), it will display it as a quiz.

** file storage
 - All temp image files currently go into the permanent file storage
   area.  They should go into the viz cache and get cleared out
   periodically.

** collections
 - forgetting to normalize sequences in the new scripts?  For example,
   when rearranging "zip test 5", it comes up with the following
   numbers: 10,20,60,70,80.90. 

** choosing cover image
 - Seems to reset if you choose the first subcollection as the cover.

**Search
-Needs to be much more robust
-Allow multiple search words and quoted phrases?
-Allow searching within a specific collection


**List of Collections view**


**Collection view *
-Option to see listing of subcollections without icons
-"Text" representation of tree structure and nodes of subcollections--
perhaps use to reorganize subcollections graphically.
-Smarter list of images - when too many just show the number or some
such.

**Upload images**
-Generalize upload of entire zip file, relax need to have names of IML files in
zip archives be the same as associated image file, thereby allowing
more than one annotation set in a single directory
-Would like a clock to indicate time remaining or number of images 
uploaded or still to be uploaded.
-Script to upload Ben's images, annotations and classifications
-Upload powerpoint 


**Annotations**
-Add "see name but not outline" mode for viewing annotation names 
without transmitting new images.
-Add interface to edit annotation names.
-We need to rethink how atlases and annotations should work. I'm not 
totally happy with these, but we can work on the other problems
first.

**Keywords**
Think about a better way to manage keywords. The current method seems
too cumbersome.
 
**Image view**
-make atlas/quiz modes "programmable", so that an author or
 user can specify a subset of structures to work with
-add option to combine labels and outlines in a single view.

**Image metadata**
-Add "Image Repository" to Uses catagory

**Permissions
-Hierarchical permission groups
-Allow Collection read or write by more than one group
-Allow a few "teaser" images in a collection  - allow individual images
-to have separate permissions (maybe)
